Returns and refunds

All goods purchased from us may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided that they have not been opened.

Before returning anything to us, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and a return address. As the RMA number enables us to track your return, we are unable accept any returns without one.

Goods must be returned to us, at your own cost, in original saleable condition using your carrier of choice.

Once we receive the returned goods, they will be checked and a refund will be processed within 7 days.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or custom-made products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
